We pack and send orders from our little corner of Queensland and do our best to get them on their way as quickly as possible.
Dispatch times
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or around public holidays, please allow a little extra time.
Shipping within Australia
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your Aussie Mozi on its way to you.
Local pickup
Local to us? Free local pickup is available by arrangement. Select local pickup at checkout and we'll be in touch when your order is ready to collect.
Delivery times
Delivery times will vary depending on where you are in Australia. Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timeframes are unfortunately outside our control.
If your parcel seems to be taking a little longer than expected, check your tracking first. If something doesn’t look right, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us at aussiemozico@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Additional postage costs may apply if an order is returned to us and needs to be sent again.
